In the Communist Party of China, double expulsion refers to inner-party disciplinary actions regulating the party members that includes expulsion from the party and removal from the party post.
Article 10 of the Chinese Communist Party Disciplinary Regulations states “Party members are regulated by disciplinary actions including:
(2) Serious warning;
(3) Removal from Party posts;
(4) Placed on probation; and
(5) Expelled from the party.
