Article 9. The tourists have the right to choose tourism products and services, and the right to refuse compulsory transaction of tourism operators.
Tourists have the right to know the real situation of the tourism products and services purchased.
Tourists have the right to require tour operators to provide products and services in accordance with the contract and promises.
Article 10. Tourists’ human dignity, national customs and religious beliefs should be respected.
Article 11. Tourists with disabilities, the elderly, minors and ect shall enjoy the convenience and benefits in accordance with the laws, regulations and relevant provisions in the tourism activities.
Article 12. In case personal and property safety is in danger, tourists have the right to request assistance and protection therein.
In case infringement of tourists’ personal property happens, tourists have the right to request compensation in accordance with the laws.
Article 13. Tourists in the tourism activities should comply with the social order and public morality, respect the local customs, cultural traditions and religious beliefs, take good care of tourism resources, protecting the environment, comply with the tourism norms of civilized behaviors.
Article 14. Tourists in the tourism activities or resolving disputes, shall not infringe the legitimate interests or rights of the local residents, shall not interfere with others’ tourism activities, shall not infringe the legitimate interests of tour operators and tourism staffs.
Article 15. Tourists during purchasing and accepting travel services shall truthfully inform the tour operators information related to personal health. Tourists shall comply with the provisions of tourism activities in safety warning.
In case the government makes national response to major emergencies, adopts temporary measures to limit tourism activities, as well as relevant departments, agencies or tour operators take safety precautions and emergency measures, tourists shall cooperate accordingly.
Tourists in violation of the requirements of the security warning, or temporary restrictions adopted by the government to respond to major emergencies, or security and emergency measures, shall bear the corresponding responsibility.
Article 16. Outbound tourists shall not illegally overstay, outbound tourists in overseas package tours are not allowed to divide the group into sub-groups or leave the group.
Inbound tourists shall not illegally overstay in the territory of the People’s Republic of China, inbound tourists in package tours are not allowed to divide the group into sub-groups or leave the group.
