Survey: 90 percent of Chinese respondents are willing to buy overseas houses, immigrantion is the main reason

According to exclusive survey done by Tencent Guangdong Property, 90 percent of Chinese respondents are willing to buy overseas houses. Among which immigration is the main reason accounting for approximately 60%. In other words, from the survey, about 60% of the users are willing to give up the Chinese nationality, and settle abroad. In addition, children study and occasional tourist are also important, accounting for about 30 percent. While only 8.55% really consider the value of the investment and rent income as the major reason to buy a house in oversea market.
