Nie Haisheng, male, Han nationality, borned in Xiangyang, Hubei, CPC member with master degree. He joined the army in June 1983, and the party in December. Nowhe is ranked as major general the People’s Liberation Army. As former director of a division in Air Force, he has 1,480 hours of safety record. In January 1998, he officially joined China’s first batches of astronauts.
Zhang Xiaoguang, was born in May 1966 in Manchu, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, CPC member with master degree. As former Air Force division brigade commander, he has 1,000 hours safety record. In January 1998, he officially joined China’s first batches of astronauts.
Wang Yaping, female, born in Yantai City, Shandong Province, CPC member with bachelor’s degree. As former air force division deputy brigade commander, she has 1,600 hours safety record. In May 2010, she officially joined China’s second batch of astronauts.
