President of the Philippines apologized to Taiwan fisherman killed by the Costal Guard

According to Agence France-Presse report on the 15th, Philippine President Benigno Aquino III made an apology to Taiwan fisherman killed by the Costal Guard ship in the recent shooting case.

The 72-hour ultimatum issued by Taiwan Authority expired at 0:00 on the 15th, Philippine Representative Baixi Li arrived in Taiwan on the evening of 14, and agreed three conditions required by the Taiwan side, including an apology, punishing the murderer, but the compensation part had not yet been formally finalized. According to Taiwan media reports, the Philippine side was willing to pay the compensation but the amount will be advised after investigation .
