Do some muscle stretching exercises on the plane
By adopting the following methods, one can reduce the effects of jet lag or time difference:
    ● Take a good sleep before boarding;
    ● Take flights that are scheduled to arrive in the evening (can go to bed after landing);
    ● Sleep on the plane (except when the flight is descending).
    ● Do some muscle stretching exercises on the plane, take less alcoholfeiji .
