According to BBC news, the Indian military and the Chinese army after two days’ talks and intensive diplomatic activities had retreated back at the same time ending the tension described by media as “tent confrontation”.

Earlier this week, India accused Chinese troops as going into Indian-controlled Kashmir Ladakh Poussin valley, and set up camp. Indian border police arrived and stationed 300 meters away with the Chinese soldiers starting the camp confrontation.

Reuters quoted the northern India Military officials as saying that Indian troops retreated a kilometer back from the camp on April 16. They also said that the distance that the People’s Liberation Army of China had retreated was not clear to them.
