How many days of paid annual leave should be granted to employees working in China?

In China, the length of annual leave is regulated by the “Workers Paid Annual Leave Regulations”, in which the Article 3 regulates that employees who have worked in a company for one year but less than 10 years are granted for five days annual leave (employee are not granted for any annual leave in the first year of work in a company); those who have worked for 10 years but less than 20 years are granted for 10 days annual leave; those who have worked for more than 20 years in a company are entitled 15 days annual leave. Public holidays and normal rest days are not included in the annual leave.
