Housing prices is up again in 66 cities in Feb

According to National Bureau of Statistics data released on the 18th February, among the 70 cities across the country, price rising is found in the newly built commercial housing and secondary residential in 66 cities which is an expanded number compared to the previous month. 

The highest growth is found in Beijing and Guangzhou, with the growth rate of 7.7% and 8.2%  respectively. According to market sources, housing prices is more than RMB 90,000 (US 14,400) per square meter in the school district in the North Fourth Ring Road in Beijing which is not  affordable to most families.
