According to a college student in Wuhan, Hubei Province, Jiang Jie, two days ago, her iPad can not be recharged. “I only knew that the charging function may not work well in cold days, I did not expect the same situation in hot conditions.” She said.

Jiang Jie took several approaches to cool it down: electric fan, cold towels, “alcohol bath” using a towel wetted with alcohol, but all had little effect. Inspired by a roommate’s cucumber mask, Jiang Jie also applied a mask to the iPad by putting ice cucumber slices onto her iPad wrapped in a plastic bag. After 15 minutes, her iPad finally can be charged normally. It seemed that iPad is as delicate as a lady.
