Set up first in 2001 and approved as a national optoelectronic industry base known as “Optics Valley of China”, at present, the demonstration zone has more than 20,000 registered enterprises; the initial formation of optoelectronic information industry as the leading industrial structure is seen. Enterprise gross income amounted 500.6 billion yuan last year, an increase of 31.3% compared to the previous year.
