Central China (simplified Chinese: 华中地区; traditional Chinese: 華中; pinyin: huá zhōng) is one of the seven major geographical regions in China divided by both physical and human characteristics. Central China consists of 3 provinces: Henan, Hubei and Hunan.
On August 25, a land collapse accident occurred in Yuhu District, Xiangtan City, Central China’s Hunan Province in which a residential kitchen of a villager collapsed. The overall dimensions of the pit reached 9 meters in width and 19 meters in depth. But fortunately no casualty was caused. Currently the local government has sent the emergency team to scene, and geological surveys will be followed up.

On June 15 in Shennong Park, Zhuzhou, Middle China’s Hunan Province, a man because girlfriend’s similar request to test his love jumped into a lake of the park and drowned. On Jun 20, both parents reached a compensation agreement involving 50,000 yuan (US$ 8,000). Love passes the test, but life never to return.
